Most people know Howard for his photography, but many still don’t know that he is also a mastermind in the world of computer generated images. Howard and Rob (our resident evil genius) collaborated with artists Ferris Plock and Kelly Tunstall to create these fun characters for their recent art opening in Portland. After Howard and Rob put their finishing touches on the digital models, they took the characters to a 3D printer to bring them to life.
This little dude is one of Ferris’ creations. The details in his clothing were a lot of fun to recreate. We think that he might be influencing Howard’s style decisions a little too much. Howard’s new obsession with cowboy hats and festive vests may confirm the whole “life imitating art” debate.
